Introduction

At AppDividend, we strive to provide high-quality online tutoring services.

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that both the needs of our learners and the operational capabilities of our tutors are respected.

Scope

This policy applies to all online tutoring services offered by AppDividend.

Refund eligibility

1. Cancellation Prior to Session:

   • Full Refund: If a session is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
   • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be provided if a session is canceled less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Missed Sessions:

   • No refunds will be provided for sessions missed by the learners without prior notification.

3. Technical Issues:

   • If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues from our side, the learner has the option for a full refund or rescheduling the session at no additional cost.
   • If technical issues are on the learner’s side, we encourage contacting us to reschedule; however, refunds may not be available in such cases.

4. Dissatisfaction:

   • If you are dissatisfied with a tutoring session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. We will review the case and offer a complimentary session or other resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
